The entrance to the Energy Lab is located in the town of Byako. All RAIDS require you and any party member to be level 255.
It is advised to enter these RAID maps with a party due to the powerful mobs and RAID Boss. Atroce will be guarding the energy spirit summoning stone.
Most RAID maps require a specific sequence order to move further into the map and/or in order to summon the RAID bosses. It is recommended that you gather a party containing at least 1 TANK, 1 HEALER, 2 DPS, but this recommendation is not exactly required. Seek for energy spirits, and follow their advice.
